Our client in New Castle County, DE is in need of a Permanent Family Medicine Physician.
Job Details:
This full-service Family Medicine Center provides primary healthcare to medically underserved people in the New Castle area, with a special focus on the needs of the Latino community. To ensure services are provided in a culturally appropriate environment, a majority of the staff is bilingual and all understand and respect cultural differences.In addition to medical care, the Center combines an intensive patient education program with each visit to help reduce acute illness and promote healthy lifestyles in an at-risk population.Office based clinical careNewly renovated and expanded practiceFamily Medicine Residency with opportunity to teach on Family Medicine ServiceMonday Friday schedule (8 hour or 10 hour shifts)Equitable night & weekend callEPIC EMR
Job Requirements:TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIREDDE license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIREDClean malpractice - REQUIREDDEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIREDProvider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIREDProvider needs to have studied medical Spanish or be fluent in Spanish - REQUIREDWhat Greenstaff Medical has to offer:Base salary of $265,000 with production bonus potentialGenerous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU timeRobust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disabilityPaid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid403(b) with a company match up to 10%Professional Liability Insurance with tailLicense and DEA reimbursementHealth Savings Accounts (HSA)Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care)Referral bonuses of $3,000Please reach out to Zameka Macholi, Locums Recruitment Consultant via call -2225, text -0192 or email for any questions/referrals.INDITP
