D&C, Surgical Gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor), Tubal Ligation, Chromal Tubation, Operative/Major Procedures (Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA s)Submission Requirements:Board Certified or BE within 5 years of residency (Required)BLS Certification (Required)Massachusetts License (In hand or in process with proof required by July at the latest)DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
