Requirements:- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in New Hampshire- American Heart Association BLS- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist- Prior experience in an SNF preferredSupplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
