Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in North Conway, New Hampshire. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.Physical Therapist Contract Details:- $1,800 - $1,993 per week- 12-week contract with possibility of extension- Skilled Nursing Facility- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers- Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Requirements:- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in New Hampshire- American Heart Association BLS- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist- Prior experience in an SNF preferredSupplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
