Job Description:
As Phlebotomy Admissions Coordinator, you possess a diverse set of job-specific and technical skills, alongside key competencies, to perform their duties effectively.Requires proficiency in blood collection techniques, such as venipuncture and capillary puncture, and a deep understanding of proper specimen handling and infection control protocols.Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining procedures and providing comfort to patients.Technical skills include proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), as well as the ability to operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment.Patient registration and coordinating information to enable the smooth flow of information and specimens to support the efficient operation of the laboratory.Responsible for the collection of blood via the appropriate location and method from patients of all ages in a timely manner for laboratory testing.Requirements:
