Travel RN - Medical/Surgical 6th FloorShift: Days / 5:30a-6p, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW, holiday rotationLength:
13 weeksBlack out days - Must work Eve or Day for Christmas & New YearsRequirements:WI licenseMinimum 3+ years experience as RN requiredMinimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience & able to interpret basic telemetry rhythms requiredAHA BLSAHA ACLSONC preferredPrevious travel highly preferredEpic charting experience within the last 2 yearsOther details:Float requiredScrub Colors:
BlackPatient Ratio 6th/7th floor: 1:5-6 with support staff, Ratios decreased to 1:3-4 with Primary care/Chemo AdminBeds: 6th floor (medical patients) - 15 beds &
7th floor (higher acuity)
