Our client, a science related association, is seeking a temporary Editorial Coordinator to join their team. This role involves proofreading pages and galleys for grammar, style, and syntax. The ideal candidate will be quick, accurate, and adaptable, with an ability to manage multiple tasks.About the Job:- Proofread pages and galleys for grammar, style, and syntax- Ensure quick and accurate proofreading- Record document article numbers in the CTS database- Proofread using Adobe Acrobat and web toolsAbout You:- Proven experience in editorial proofreading- Familiarity with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, APA and Chicago Style- Understanding of scientific terminology is a plus- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Bachelor's degree is required
