Hands on keyboard implementations leader who will be responsible for deployment of the Pegasus platform at client various sites. This role will develop API connections to various financial systems and oversee global teams assisting in implementation developers to deploy the platform, while partnering with Finance consultants and customer success to make sure that maximum value is realized during deployment. This role will be expected to refine the implementations playbook overtime, reducing backlog and MTI.Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding:
Lead the implementation process for new clients, including initial setup, configuration, and customization of the financial reporting platform to meet client-specific requirements.System Integration:
Develop and manage API connections between the financial reporting platform and clients existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.Customization:
Work closely with clients to understand their reporting needs and customize dashboards, settings, and user interfaces to optimize their experience with the platform.Technical Support:
Provide ongoing technical support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues related to platform integration and customization.Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, client-specific customizations, and system integrations.Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure client success and continuous improvement of the platform.Training:
Conduct training sessions for clients, helping them understand and fully utilize the platforms features and capabilities.Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 6+ years of experience in platform implementation and system integration, preferably big 4 or equivalent.Proven experience with API development and management.Experience in customizing and configuring dashboards and reporting tools.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web services.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.Knowledgeable about cyber security and relevant certificatesFamiliarity with financial reporting tools and platforms is a plus.
