Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized health care plansImplement health care plans and respond to changes in conditionCommunicate effectively with physicians and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical informationProvide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training to staff to ensure effective implementation of related servicesCollaborate with the care team to develop and implement health care services for each individual's service planMonitor and ensure physicians' orders are documented and carried out as prescribedTravel between locations to provide support and be accessible to staffWhy Choose Sevita

Graduate of an accredited RN programOne year of experience working with the population we serveCurrent state RN LicenseCurrent driver's license, car registration, and auto insuranceCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationExcellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environmentEffective communication skills to collaborate with team members, medical professionals, and individuals and their families
