Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
$1,200 $1,300 per week13-week contract with possibility of extensionOTSupported living centerThis is a group home settingHeavy Med PassDuties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundryPatient acuity may vary by locationAM shift availableResponsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facilityEnsures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregiversEstimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Requirements:
Ohio Occupational Therapist LicenseAHA BLS1 year of experience as a Occupational TherapistOT experience preferred
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
