Also a top 200 ENR Firm About the Position: This position will lead all the on-site activities required throughout the construction process to successfully deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget Requirements: Experience leading large complex project from start to finish. Usually has a team of Superintendents/Assistant Superintendents reporting directly into them. $75M (Ideally $100M) Commercial (Higher Ed, Mixed-Use/Office, Light Industrial) B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10 years of industry experience, preferably in general contracting.
