**RN MUST HAVE CA LICENSE IN HAND OR PENDING WITH ETAs of when it will post**

Required:• CA License• 2+ years of CVPICU/CTICU experience leading up to assignment• PEDS Cardiac exp - MUST be cardiac trained• Heart transplant experience• Willing to float between units• BLS• PALS• Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation• Flu shot

Traveler could be floated to every unit except OR, PACU and ED. The units include PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit. They have, on rare occasion, floated to Bernardy Center.

Shifts: (discussed in interview)• 3x12 variable or straight night shifts, 36x48 available• Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. For night shift it is any combination of Fri/Sat nights and for day shift it is Sat/Sun.• 13 week contracts

Requested Time Off:• 6 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week)• Must be available for all holidays, no holiday RTO allowed• No RTO requests allowed during this timeframe: 12/22-12/28

Ratio:1:1-2

Unit Summary: 30-37 beds. Seeing post op cardiac surgical care, cardiology patients, complex congenital patients, acquired heart disease patients, heart transplantation, VAD’s and ECMO. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. Patients can range from neonatal up to 23.
