Responsibilities:
- Provide support, training & troubleshooting with ERP based software (SAP Business One), Warehouse Management and other software.
- Documenting and tracking of end-user issues through ticketing software.
- Creating and modifying custom reports SQL and helping automate reports.
- Assist end-users with documentation/specification of business process software.
- Coordinate testing of software updates & releases.
- Document and report errors in a timely fashion.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with MS SQL Server Database and creating custom SQL queries.
- Experience providing support with a SQL based ERP system (SAP Business one preferred but not required) providing end-user support for adding/removing users, training, and troubleshooting errors.
- Exposure working with SharePoint in conjunction with SQL/SSRS.
- Comfortable working with various departments such as accounting/finance to assist with reporting needs.
- Good understanding of business processes including order/workflow.
- Strong organization skills including time management.
- Strong communication skills at all levels within the company.
Bonus Experience:
- Reporting experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS reports.
- Experience with SAP BO (SAP Business One)
- Understanding of Manufacturing business processes
