Position Overview:As a Nursing Assistant at Lakeside Generations, you will:
Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents.Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.Enhance residents’ quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities.
No Prior Experience Required!We welcome individuals with a passion for caring for others. Our all-inclusive training program is designed to prepare you for success:
CNA Training Program:
75 hours, with a blend of online and in-person learning.Certification:
Earn your CNA certification upon completion.
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.Strong communication skills.Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.Must pass a MN Background Check.
