This role is also exposed to senior leadership within the larger conglomerate for more opportunities for further growth.Job DescriptionManage 6 direct reports, and over 100+ indirect reportsHandle P&L responsibilities, be an active part of the leadership strategy teamUtilize background in CNC Machining (Mills, Lathes, Grinding Machines) to troubleshoot production issues on the floorDesign Fixtures and Jigs in Solid-WorksDrive continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to be more efficient and optimize cost savings opportunitiesHand's On Role - lead by exampleIdentify production problems and present creative solutions to Senior LeadershipTroubleshoot machinery programming - do not need to be an expert.Communicate with customers and regularly perform DFMA
