Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join our team our national law firm is dedicated to helping people harmed by mesothelioma and asbestos cancer, serious accidents, concussions obtained while playing in the NFL, dangerous drugs and devices, and food poisoning.

As a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting our attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support the case.
• Drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, and pleadings.
• Managing and organizing case files, including discovery documents and exhibits.
• Preparing trial notebooks and exhibits for court hearings and depositions.
• Assisting with trial preparation and attending trials to assist the attorney as needed.
• Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as directed by the attorney.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
