Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details

As a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting our attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support the case.
  • Drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, and pleadings.
  • Managing and organizing case files, including discovery documents and exhibits.
  • Preparing trial notebooks and exhibits for court hearings and depositions.
  • Assisting with trial preparation and attending trials to assist the attorney as needed.
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as directed by the attorney.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
