We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join our Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience servicing clients in the construction industry (a plus).

New Jersey and New York bar admissions.

Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include managing the preparation of pleadings, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests, and providing support at depositions, motions, and trials.
