We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Construction Sales Representative to join our thriving Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a background in commercial construction to leverage their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the commercial construction sector. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals in the commercial construction sector.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  6. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, utilizing CRM systems.
  7. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
  2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on the commercial construction sector.
  3. Experience prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  5. Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the commercial construction sector.
  6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  7. Self-motivated, with a drive for achieving sales targets and business goals.
  8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
