Sr. Member Relations Manager - $90K-$95K - Washington, DC

Our client, an international association based in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct hire Sr. Member Relations Manager to spearhead the corporate membership initiatives!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to identify, cultivate, and onboard new members.
  • Build relationships with current and prospective members to increase engagement and retention.
  • Utilize the CRM to pull reports, review invoices, and maintain member information.
  • Connect with internal and external stakeholders, providing high-level customer service to members.
  • Additional project and strategic support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • 5+ years of membership, development, or business development experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortability with public speaking.
  • Creative, driven, and passionate about member engagement.

About the Job:

  • $90K-$95K salary (DOE) plus annual bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive and generous benefits package!
  • Hybrid schedule in the Washington, DC office.
