Pharmaceutical Editor (Remote)

Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $38 - 45 per hourOur esteemed pharmaceutical client, a prominent player in the field of vaccines, is actively looking for a skilled Medical Editor with experience in Veeva PromoMats to join their forward-thinking team in a remote freelance capacity! In this role, you will report to the Editorial Team Coordinator and will be responsible for anchoring and annotating pharmaceutical promotional materials within PromoMats. Responsibilities:Copyedit promotional materials for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Ensure materials comply with AMA style, brand guidelines, and FDA rules and regulations.Fact check content against source material.Validate references to ensure they are current and meet reference criteria.Prepare jobs for MLR submission using Veeva Vault PromoMats.Collaborate with project manager, account manager, designer, copywriter, and other copyeditors as needed.Manage own brand alignment and assist other editors as needed.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor's degree in related field (eg English, journalism, life sciences).Minimum 5+ years’ experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials, preferably within an agency environment.Minimum 5+ years’ experience annotating and referencingExperience anchoring/linking in Veeva Vault PromoMats.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience working across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches is a plus. JOBID: 1069937#LI-CELLA#LI-REMOTE#LI-JB1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
