Current ResumeNursing License per stateCurrent BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications2 current clinical referencesPhysical (within 12 months)TB skin test (within 12 months)Titers - MMR/Hep B/VaricellaRespiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinationsMust be able to pass backgroud/urine drug screening
