We're looking for experienced sit-down forklift operators with a starting pay rate of $17.00-$17.50 per hour, depending on experience and equipment knowledge. This is a direct-hire role, so you'll be part of our team from the start! And the benefits don't end there.

Load, unload, move, and stage product by operating various equipment such as sit-down forkliftPull and prepare product for shipping including but not limited to banding, stretch wrapping, block and brace.Verify shipments for accuracy, document and report any discrepancies.Utilize RF scanner.Follow established company policies and procedures.Collaborate with warehouse and office personnel to meet productivity goals.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform daily equipment inspections prior to operation.Perform other duties and not limited to just driving a forklift, you will label, band, stretch wrap, clean drums and totes, and restack bags and pails.Forklift Operator Qualifications:
Must have 2 -3 years of forklift experience in a logistics environment.Must have 2 -3 years of food grade environment.Flexible work schedule: must be able to come in early, stay late, and/or work weekends depending on operational needs.Must be able to work in a congested area(s) and non-climate controlled warehouse.Must be able to lift 50 lbs, adjust the body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stoop, squat, and grab; walk and sit for extended periods.Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.High school diploma or GED.Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
