This is a full-time position.**Job Title:** Production Operator 2nd Shift**Pay** : $20.22 per hour, plus $1 shift differential**Hours:** 4:00 PM- 12:00 AM**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Following established production standards, performs all functions of the manufacturing process.+ Inspect all equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.+ Follow operational procedures and complete required paperwork.+ Ensure sanitation, safety, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) quality control, cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.+ Ensure accurate counts and weights on production are recorded.+ Report any non-compliant, defective, or sub-standard product immediately to Packaging Leader.+ Assist with clean-up and sanitation responsibilities.+ Assist in any other areas of the manufacturing plant when necessary.+ Assist Production Leader in training new employees for job specific tasks in the production area.**Qualifications/Requirements:**+ Must be able to read, interpret and understand written and oral directions in the English language.+ Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies.+ Must demonstrate basic math skills to calculate production yields and understand weights and measures.+ Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.Preferred:+ Previous related experience in food and/or manufacturing industry.**About Express:** Express Employment Professionals is a locally owned and operated job match company.
