to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobilityMeasure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure; report any changes to nursing staffProvide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort during their stayHelp patients move safely, including transferring them to and from beds, wheelchairs and other locationsAccurately document patient care and changes in health status, including input/output and any observed behaviors or symptomsFollow all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staffWork closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to implement and follow care plans tailored to each patient's needsAct as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, advocating for patients’ needs and preferencesAssist in the use of medical equipment and supplies as needed, ensuring proper usage and maintenancePosition Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to lift and move patients safelyKahu Malama Nurses
