We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join the Systems Support Team. As the Systems Support Specialist, you will focus on process, system support and administration for key Group Business Services (GBS) applications and GBS IT solutions. They will work with the Systems Support Lead to identify and propose system fixes or improve user training to address common issues. We are transforming the way we support Group Business Services and the wider RR Businesses. The GBS IT team have brought together specialists from across GBS into a centralised team responsible for data & analytics, reporting, governance and system support. As we transform the provision of these services, we are looking for skilled and motivated team members to join us as we optimise how we operate.

Key Accountabilities:Implement and manage User Access Management (UAM) processes that align with U.S Defence security regulations.Ensure access to sensitive Defence related data and systems is restricted to authorised U.S employees only, based on their roles and clearances.Responsible for providing end user support to key systems such as SAP ECC, Ivalua, Coupa and DocuSign software applications, ensuring data safeguarding and security measures are being adhered to.Responsible for reducing end user queries from global business users by identifying common issues and implementing solutions that encourage self-service support.Support the System Support Specialists SME's in creating and updating systems training material via the Adopt platform, ensuring compliance to process.Work with IT and external partners to ensure all system issues are resolved in a timely manner whilst communicating the status effectively with the business.Identify and lead improvement ideas resulting in working efficiencies.Basic Requirements:
Associate degree with 2+ years of customer focused experience with IT problem solving skills, ORBachelor's degree with experience with IT problem solving skills, ORMaster's degree, ORJD/PhD, OR4 years of customer focused experience with IT problem solving skills in lieu of a degree, ORIn order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a U.S. CitizenPreferred Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in Procurement and Supply Chain functionsHas excellent knowledge in key systems and one or more of the following areas: Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Management, Spend AnalyticsExcellent IT skills with the ability to manage and interrogate large data sets effectivelyInter-personal skills with an ability to quickly establish effective working relationships across geographical and cultural borders3 years industry experience in IT or business area
