Specialty: Registered Nurse3W Cardiovascular MS/TELE RN3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7pm-7am, weekdays, every other weekend, floatOrientation/Start Date held every other week on ThursdayRatios: 1:7 (Team Nursing Approach)Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs or 48hrs/week an optionUnit Description: 38 Beds. Medical Patients with emphasis on cardiovascular disease. Utilizes a team approach to provide optimal care and education. A team of 7-8 patients includes 1 RN, 1 LPN and 1 Nursing Assistant. The registered nurses are patient advocates who collaborate with various health team members to deliver quality nursing care. We offer a work environment conducive to learning in order to assist staff in growth and development through education, certification, career ladder and personal goals.Job Requirements
