**Shift:** 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:**
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, with critical care preferred
**License:** Current and valid state RN License
**Certifications:**- Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross)- Current ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)- NRP
**Must-Have:**- NICU experience- Epic EMR experience preferred- COVID vaccination preferred
**Job Description:**- Responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.- Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU.- Communicate with physicians about changes in the patient's clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, abnormal results, and symptomatology.- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.- May need to float to units of competency.
