Junior Financial Analyst (Junior Trade Compliance Analyst)Department:

Senior Manager, Customs and Trade ComplianceSummary:
We are searching for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our Trade Compliance team.The Junior Financial Analyst will be responsible for helping prepare monthly reports, conduct analysis, and support with customs duties and import-export data.When required support Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, country of origin assessment, valuation, and other customs issues.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong academic background in finance or supply chain and a genuine interest in international trade to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Manage various import and export reporting in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.Design, develop, and maintain compelling and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide a clear and concise view of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.Support with product classification and country of origin determinationMaintain Master Data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and compliance of key data elements such as country of origin and classification.Maintain recordkeeping of import/export transactions, utilizing internal systems and databases to manage compliance data effectively.Audit Entries and calculate Key Performance Indicators.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or supply chain, or International Business, or related field2 years of experience with import and/or export, or customs brokerage activities or financial analysis role or in global supply chain.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and functions)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment that values collaboration efforts.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Take Initiatives to improve processes and implement solutions independently.Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.Bonus Points For:
SAP Experience is a plus.Experience with import/export compliance software is a plus.Experience with Customs regulations and procedures is a definite advantage.
