MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelersRATIO: L&D: 1:2, MB/ante-partum1:3-4 *all depends on acuityNICU is level 2Unit also take GYN patients when census allows."We are a modified LDRP, one day the nurse may have labor the next MB or be a Circulator. We do 50-60 deliveries a month with around 50-80 triage patients per month. We also have a NICU, we keep 32 weeks and up. For labor the ratio is 1:2, for MB 1:4 couplet, for ante-partum 1:3 (all depending on acuity)."FLOATING: within skillset, may be utilized as a sitter at timesFULL COMPLIANCE REQUIRED to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation scheduleGA License or Compact requiredJob Requirements

RTO: MAX 7 days, Blocked Scheduling is Not GuaranteedWEEKENDS: 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeksHOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years DayUnit Specific Information
