About the Role & TeamWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide key support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking abilities, with a preference for those who have previous experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. production, development). The best suited applicant will be excited about the opportunity to work on a team that is responsible for strategy and planning in a creative organization.This position supports several executives within the Global Creative Strategy Studio and their teams. The Studio includes Master Planning, Franchise Planning, and Menu & Partnership Planning teams.You will join a team of strategy, planning, and industry professionals who share a passion for solving hard problems. As an Executive Assistant, you are a key part of the support team that drives strategy for Imagineering ground-breaking experiences. You are quick to respond, anticipating the needs of your executives, while always staying one step ahead. You manage busy calendars as well as assist with executive reviews both for other Imagineers and top executives across the company .What You Will DoEvery day in this role is different! On any given day you might:Support executives in managing calendar, travel, preparing for presentations, company meetings and other key events to meet department’s strategic objectivesReview your leader’s schedule to build in time for things like thinking and traveling to their next meetingUnderstand the day’s priorities so you can be strategic about how you direct requestsManage schedules and schedule/coordinate meetings that often necessitate coordination with multiple other executive calendars and time zone complexitiesGreet guests; assist with special projects relating to guests/visitorsScreen and prioritize all incoming phone calls, mail and/or meeting requestsCreate meeting agendas and circulate meeting materialsCoordinate both on-site and off-site workshops, events and demos, including internal and external partners, vendors, and collaboratorsPlan travel itineraries and make travel arrangements, domestically and internationally, including reservations for events and dining as needed - taking into account time zones, weather delays, and trafficPrepare, compile and manage expense reports for travel following established company and travel policy guidelinesAssist with general department tasks, including conference room requests, ordering supplies, coordinating general maintenance and upgrades for office equipment, phones, computers, etc.Partner and work extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.Track and support industry relationshipsSupport onboarding for new team membersHandle extremely confidential, sensitive information, remembering that Disney is a publicly traded companyCreate a positive environment for all who interact with Global Creative Strategy StudioRequired Qualifications & SkillsHere’s what you will need to be successful in the role:At least 7 years supporting a Vice President and/or equivalent experience.Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary.Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executive’s business.Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines deliverables.Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones and office equipment, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Confluence, Concur“EQ” skills to build bridges, forge alliances and encourage people to

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
