TravelSubmission Requirements:-Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission-24 months minimum of current Rad Tech experience - REQUIRED-Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED-No License Hits - REQUIRED-Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.-Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
Travel experience - Preferred
Certification Requirements:-ARRT-BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements-Arizona-Compact Allowed
