Looking for:

• 3-6+ years of diverse litigation or clerking experience from a medium to large law firm (at least a few hundred people).
• Requisite experience: litigation involving commercial real estate and litigation involving distressed loans and real estate, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability, taking and defending deposition and demonstrated experience in the courtroom.
