Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems to meet production requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues in the production process.
  • Perform regular audits on the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in production.
  • Handle non-conformance issues, including identifying problems, determining corrective actions, and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) to validate the manufacturing process for a new product or after a change in the production process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the production team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis, Audits, and FAI.
  • Strong experience in dealing with Non-Conformance issues and Supplier Quality.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification will be a plus.
