Salary: $35 - $39 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborating in the planning and implementation of IEPs for students.
• Managing the IEP process including goals, objectives, mainstreaming, and related services.
• Conducting academic testing and participating in student evaluations.
• Individualizing programming based on student strengths and weaknesses.
• Carrying out classroom teacher responsibilities (lesson planning, record keeping, etc.).
• Supervising and evaluating program assistants in the classroom.
• Working with general education teachers to support mainstream students.
• Completing required department and state reports to ensure compliance with mandates.

Skills You Need:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Learning Behavior Specialist I Endorsement
