We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated HR Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive work environment, and driving our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, systems, and policies, and providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, has a keen eye for detail, and is ready to grow their career in human resources within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  2. Coordinating and facilitating HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Managing employee records in accordance with privacy laws and company policies.
  4. Assisting in resolving HR-related queries and providing guidance on HR procedures.
  5. Coordinating employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  6. Assisting in the management of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  7. Collaborating with HR management to monitor HR department goals and objectives.
  8. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  9. Supporting the HR department in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
  2. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
  3. Desire to work within an HR team & have a basic understanding of HR is required.
  4. Excellent customer service is required.
  5. Computer proficiency is required.
