Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Electrical Project Engineer to join our robust team in the construction industry. This is a permanent full-time position where you will be actively involved in the design, implementation, and execution of various electrical systems in our construction projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop electrical systems for various construction projects, ensuring they meet project specifications, standards, and performance requirements.
  2. Assist the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  3. Prepare and review electrical design documents, including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  4. Manage change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and implemented, and their impact on the project is adequately addressed.
  5. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during the construction phase.
  8. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on the progress of the electrical aspects of the project.
  9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in electrical engineering and construction technology.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project engineering in the construction industry.
  2. Proven experience in Assistant Project Management, Change Orders, and Management.
  3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
  4. Proficient in using electrical design software and project management tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
