We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Sales) in the Floor Manufacturing industry! You will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience, developing long-term relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This position MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage customer interactions, track orders, and maintain customer records.
- Provide bilingual support to our Latin America customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver engaging presentations to share product information, updates, and solutions with customers.
- Conduct cold calling to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client support, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring the customer experience is positive and seamless.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring they are accurate and competitive.
- Track and monitor customer orders, providing updates to customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as the role supports our Latin America customers.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Experience in cold calling and business development.
- Strong client support skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience in preparing and delivering quotes.
- Knowledge of order tracking processes and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers.
