General Purpose of the Position:As the Marketing Analyst & Email Automation Specialist you will be primarily responsible for marketing and sales analytics, email campaign automation and contact strategy. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have an aptitude for problem solving with a strong technical and analytical skill set. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Marketing with a dotted line to the Vice President of Marketing.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:MARKETING DATA ANALYTICSWork with key stakeholders to understand requirements, gather data and develop analytic solutionsManage, tag, audit, visualize and report on weekly web leads data from switch.com/datafoundry.comAnalyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, insights to optimize marketing and inform strategyAudit leads weekly to ensure timely lead assignment, disqualification and conversion of lead statusCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyBlend and visualize multiple sets of data across company systemsCreate and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicatorsAssist with tagging and segmenting all campaign leads in Salesforce CRMAssist with auditing automated form entries between website database and sales CRMManage special projects to understand consumer behavior and to define target customer profilesConduct competitive analysis and consumer research as neededEMAIL MARKETING AUTOMATION
Develop, implement and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to executionBuild prospecting lists and segment audiences using B2B database intelligence toolsFormat, clean and prepare csv lists for import and syncing to email platforms (Pardot, Outreach.io)Manage tagging, organizing and segmentation of lists for marketing communicationsBuild, test and schedule email templates and workflows in PardotConduct A/B testing on email campaigns to identify the most effective strategies for optimizationTrack and measure performance between email platforms (Pardot/Outreach) and CRMOrganize and assist with updating opt out preferences across various communication platformsEnsure all communications are GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant to adhere to marketing best practices

Computer Equipment and Software

Proficiency in email automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics software and data visualization toolsFamiliarity with project management tools such as Asana and webinar platformsKnowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plusExperience with Salesforce, Pardot, Data Studio (Looker), Survey Monkey, Power BI, Hubspot is a plusHigh degree of proficiency in MS Excel
Education and Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, BI/analytics, or quantitative discipline
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing automation, digital/social media, data analytics
