Senior Business Analyst Montgomery, AL - Onsite from day 112+ month contract Skills Required Understand contract monitoring for development, configuration, and operational activities. Review and follow processes and procedures defined to support a program with multiple vendors. Collaborate with multiple vendors and teams, both in-person and virtual. Review program, project, or software artifacts developed by multiple vendors; provide comments or approvals. Interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds. Perform standard project functions, including document creation, meeting scheduling, minutes production, report distribution, and tracking artifacts, issues, and action items. Understand all phases of project management and the software development life cycle. Support various software development methodologies and configuration activities. Assist with CMS reporting and certification processes. Identify and report abnormalities or variances. Manage complexity well; experience managing across functions to achieve large-scale goals. Have knowledge of multiple project management methodologies.Experience Preferred 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, including 3 years in business process modeling and management. 3 years of experience supporting provider management (critical for this position; candidates without this experience will not be considered). 5+ years of experience in MMIS or domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or major health care payers. 2+ years of experience in large multi-contractor organizations, including leading centralized or matrixed teams. 3+ years of experience as a technical writer. Expert/advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, including MS Project and SharePoint.Education Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
