**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:**
**Experience:** 2+ years in clinical research, oncology experience preferred
**License:** Valid California RN License
**Certifications:** BLS certified
**Must-Have:**- Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) in Medidata Solutions software- Previous clinical research experience
**Job Description:**- Coordinate data for completion of case report forms (CRFs) and perform data entry for clinical research trials and projects.- Review all clinical study records to ensure complete documentation in compliance with regulations.- Assist the research staff in meeting all data lock and query resolution deadlines.- Update outside sponsors as needed on query resolution and outstanding number of CRFs to be completed.- Act as a liaison between the research department and sponsors to ensure timely CRF completion.- Maintain research charts and subject records.- Obtain medical records, death certificates, and death information for all subjects as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in biology or a science-related field- Medical office experience- Experience with Medidata Solutions or other EDC platforms used for clinical research- Membership or certification with SOCRA (Society of Clinical Research Associates)
**Additional Information:**- Position is first-timer accepted- No weekend or on-call required- Candidates should be willing to float within their scope to meet facility needs- COVID-19 vaccine and current booster required without exemptions
