TravelPatients who have undergone bone and joint reconstructive surgery, joint replacement, orthopedic trauma surgery, or have experienced sports injury. Med/Surg overflow. Remote telemetry monitoring with off the unit station staffed by tech. Patient ages are 18 and older. Patient ratios typically 1:4 but will occasionally flex to 1:5.Unit acts under a team nursing modelYears Required: 2 YearsEvery other weekend required, Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needsCerts Required: BCLS; (ACLS, NIH preferred)Skill Requirements: Telemetry, IV Start, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Argatroban, Amiodarone, Dopamine (for renal perfusion only), CPMs, Orthopat, Constavac, Hemovac, Wound Vacs, traction.Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
