IT Quality Assurance Intern
to work in our

Please note, this is a paid internship.
IT Quality Assurance (QA) Interns will apply their knowledge and understanding of IT principles and practices gained from their program of study to support an assigned project. Project opportunities will focus on developing the automation for regression testing processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in automation testing and quality assurance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist In the Development of Automated Regression Testing Processes Work with Our QA, Developers, and IT Staff (SMEs) To Understand Our Current Regression Testing and Identify Best Practices for Automation. Use Applications Such As: ServiceNow (PHP), Selenium (Java), And Eclipse for Testing Improve application delivery time Reduce the number of errors/issues in applications Eradicate or minimize current regression testing which is currently is a manual process Minimize launch delay times for applications and updates At the conclusion of the internship, Interns will deliver a final presentation to leadership summarizing their project outcomes and learnings. API Internship offers:

Must be US citizen or Green Card Holder per contract and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance At least two years of completed undergraduate studies in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar) Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or graduate program Strong working knowledge of XML Understanding of programming languages, data structures, and software design principles. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for conveying technical guidance and problem analysis. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Capable of working independently or as part of a team, with varying degrees of autonomy. Professionalism, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and growth orientation
