They observe and evaluate patient responses. This role ensures patient safety during healthcare journeys by understanding patient needs and assisting with encounters.What You'll DoConduct clinical assessments maintaining the highest standard of practice.Be proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.Take part in initiatives to improve quality and performance.Build therapeutic relationships with both patient and family.Engage in collaborative and mutual work with colleagues and the community.What Will Make You Successful In The RoleYou need a good understanding of nursing standards and patient care.Understanding legal and ethical considerations is important for success.Good communication skills are essential.You must be a problem solver who can quickly detect and react to changes in patients.You will also need to know how to use computers and medical software.Belonging StatementWe think everyone should feel welcome, valued, and supported.
