Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Currently seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join its Litigation Team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a challenging environment and are eager to take on a diverse range of tasks. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the firm's legal team to assist in all aspects of litigation, including white-collar litigation, commercial litigation and employment cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, edit, and finalize a wide range of legal documents and correspondence, inluding but not limited to Answers, Motions, reports, pleadings, Appearances, Responses to Discovery, etc.
- Manage case initiation procedures, including conflict checks and file organization
- Prepare and submit legal filings in various jurisdictions
- Maintain comprehensive calendar systems for case-related events and deadlines
- Process incoming communications and manage attorneys' schedules
- Handle timekeeping, billing procedures, and expense management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting attorneys in commercial/civil litigation
- Proficiency in state and federal court procedures, including electronic filing systems on NJ and PA
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with legal-specific software platforms is advantageous
