Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN’s and LPN/LVNs. Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement. Copy of the physical license is not required. Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years. Schedule Information 13-week contract Unit Specific Information Optional for Onboarding, but needs to be uploaded by our Ascension unit leader within a week. Additional Details HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics Exam and answer key found in Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test.
