We also drive cross-functional collaboration and are focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.The Senior Product Manager, Legal Technology OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic Delivery Lead to execute on the strategy of our core legal technology products (Congal CLM, Docusign, Exterro, TAP, Conga Contract Intelligence)Responsibilities include leading development and support projects across legal domains such as compliance, litigation, and contract managementEffective stakeholder communication and close partnership with Business Technology Engineering, Product Management, Go To Market, People and Finance teams to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes is essentialThe ideal candidate will demonstrate clear communication, a dedication to excellence, and a passion for innovation to enhance legal technology solutions and operational efficiencyWhat you’ll be doingContribute to shaping the strategic direction of the technology roadmap within the Legal Operations & Technology team, aligning with broader organizational objectivesOversee the configuration, administration, and continuous enhancement of legal operations processes and third-party technology solutionsLead high-priority strategic projects aimed at improving processes across the Legal departmentServe as a liaison between legal stakeholders, Product & Engineering teams, and other relevant cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving both short-term and long-term product objectivesTranslate business requirements into technical solutions that best leverage the current legal tech stack and offer other technical solutions for consideration where necessaryServe as the technical leader and work with business users to map out the technical roadmap for automating complex business processes to achieve operational efficienciesAdvise the business and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality as a trusted technology partnerLead the technical evaluation process for the Legal Technology Apps, build proof-of-concept (POC), and own the implementation and maintenance of the systemAccountable for timely delivery of projects as per established project plans by working closely with the business teamsParticipate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change managementDesign and manage the execution of test plans in TestRail or similar tool to ensure a quality solution is deliveredUnderstand design trade-offs between declarative, code, and third-party toolsAssist with data management and governance and also support reporting requirements and leverage Salesforce for data-driven decisionsWork within the framework of the Scrum standards to deliver business needsBuild configurations using recommended best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions to integrate Salesforce with downstream systems and e-Billing systems with financial systems like Coupa and NetSuiteDemonstrate a strong technical aptitude and understand both business and technical language. Develop and maintain the strategic stakeholder roadmaps – short term to 12+ monthsDrive adoption of technology and process changesGood communication and interpersonal skillsWhat you’ll bring to the role8+ years of experience working on enterprise systems as a Delivery Lead or implementation consultant in a fast paced, global technology organization5+ years of hands-on Conga [Apttus] Contract Lifecycle Management experienceDemonstrated expertise in architecting and developing Salesforce solutions with solid understanding of SFDCDemonstrated experience with legal technologies (e.g., deal management, rights management, e-billing, contract and document management, e-signature, knowledge management)Familiar with and able to drive the Agile development and release methodologies, especially for automation of business processes, improvements/redesignsAbility to work across functional teams and influence ideas and execute them among various business groupsBachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent years of industry experienceProven hands-on technical expertise in integrating Conga [Apttus] with eSignature tools like DocuSignSFDC and/or Conga [Apttus] CLM certification highly desirable (Level 201)Experience and understanding of Boomi integration is highly desirablePrior experience supporting legal-related technology projects such as CLM, eBilling, Matter Management, Export Compliance, Ethics & Compliance is preferred#LI-Remote#LI-MC1Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
