Global organizations, including 40% of the Fortune 50, rely on DataRobot to drive greater impact and value from AI.The Vice President of Integrated Enablement plays a pivotal role in leading the Integrated Enablement team, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. This position is essential in driving enablement strategy, improvement, execution, simplification, and enhancement of initiatives for our internal and external end users. You will design, execute, and iterate the enablement and solution strategies and programs for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) team to enhance internal and external user engagement and accelerate revenue growth. You will quickly absorb the go-to-market strategy to influence the build-out, enhancement, and delivery of enablement to your end customer: the GTM field teams. You will also collaborate across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Operations teams to develop a programmatic approach to help improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of our internal and external DataRobot users through structured content and learning paths.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with DataRobot’s strategic objectives and revenue goals.Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand needs, expectations, and priorities to execute programs that enhance end-user experience and successLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing integrated enablement team that fosters trust, collaboration, and a results-driven culture.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and continuously improve processes and strategy based on feedback and data analysis.Review/Design and execution of Global Field Enablement programs, including managing the rollout, adoption, and knowledge transfer of best practices on how to execute critical sales plays and level up the skills across the field teamsLeveraging the very best of modern professional learning and development approaches to deliver and embed knowledge and capabilities into a distributed and diverse team.Design and execution of Key Sales plays and campaigns across all different sales teams, ensuring effective execution and coordination across the teams to operate as an effective sales pod (i.e. field sales, BDRs, renewals, partners, etc.)Build a knowledge system and process for collecting and managing customer deal-specific information for SalesWork with Field Leadership in the design and delivery of onboarding and continuing training specifically for sales (but also supporting other roles)Design and execution of the annual Sales and Marketing kick-off eventLiaison between Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to ensure enablement strategy and content releases align with their expectations and needsMonitor and maintain effectiveness reporting, including measurement of the usage across tools to guide business impact, areas for improvement, and additional future projectsRegular use and updates of salesforce.com to monitor sales productivity, establish metrics and objectives for sales enablementWorking jointly with marketing on competitive trackingOwn enablement and certification of Partners globally, including design and execution of Partner specific sales training activitiesMonitor and track the level of Partner Sales understanding and Technical product understandingProvide direction and development to team members through coaching, performance enablement, and development planningStay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needsProvide regular reports and insights to executive leadership on enablement initiativesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:BS or BA degree preferredDegree in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field10+ years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Training/Development, and /or Field Sales Enablement within a high-growth global software organization5+ years managing and leading a global teamExperience in a SaaS organization, working with SMEs, content developers, and internal stakeholders on internal, customer, and partner enablement initiativesExperience with AI software preferredDemonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quicklyHigh attention to detailStrong relationship building & communication skillsDemonstrated ability working in a cross-functional, matrix-oriented, multinational environmentExperience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellenceStrong decision maker who can work diplomatically with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure revenue goals and business objectives are metA Change-maker with the ability to drive change, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentDemonstrated growth mindset by actively seeking out challenges and taking setbacks as an opportunity to gain experience and improveExperience with salesforce.com and LMS (learning management system) platformsExperience with Sales Enablement Productivity SoftwareThe talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
