We are looking for an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join our firm. This individual will have over 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, oversee junior attorneys, and provide expert legal advice in all aspects of estate planning.Responsibilities:
Lead the drafting of complex estate planning documents, including wills, irrevocable/revocable trusts, and charitable giving structures.Provide expert advice and strategy development for estate and tax planning.Oversee trust administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.Manage complex probate cases, guiding clients through the probate process with a high level of expertise.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, providing guidance and support on cases and legal procedures.Cultivate and maintain client relationships, offering personalized legal solutions tailored to individual client needs.Represent clients in probate court, if necessary.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Active Bar membership in California.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.Proven ability to handle complex estate and probate cases from start to finish.Compensation:
$115,000 - $150,000
