Job DescriptionThe Associate Director is a remote opportunity and will report into the VP, Digital Transformation. You will develop strategic evaluations of our client's current state of digital media, data strategy, analytics, and customer experience framework. Your role will deliver assessments and recommendations of how clients navigate the changing ecosystem challenges of data deprecation, signal loss, privacy legislation impacts, evolving Adtech/Martech changes, and how stakeholders are positioned to lead meaningful change. This is an exciting strategic role within the organization to guide thought leadership and high-end consulting services for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits to deliver assessments of the organization's digital marketing and analytics infrastructure, processes, strategies, and readiness to expand.

Analyze data collection methods, technology stack, and data quality to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and deliver transformation priorities and roadmap goals, including outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements that cover a broad range of digital activation and measurement strategies.

Synthesize transformation priorities and present recommendations to teams across Marketing, IT, Data Strategy, Analytics, Agency Partners, and Executive Leadership.

Explain how privacy-enhanced technologies (data clean rooms, consent management platforms, server-side technology) and cookieless addressable activation (identity targeting, closed ecosystems, RMNs, Google Privacy Sandbox, etc.) align to future client goals.

Connect data strategy, audience creation, media activation, measurement, creative and customer experience in the transformation plan.

Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate transformation plans' vision, goals, and benefits to gain organizational support.

Ensure agreement on industry best practices, latest trends, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Deliver ongoing consulting guidance to clients within retainer or project work.

Deliver thought leadership through webinars, blog posts, QBRs, and industry publications.

Develop relationships with current and potential clients by sharing expertise POVs and identifying project opportunities to pursue.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience at a media agency, AdTech or MarTech vendor, or at an in-house client marketing team.

3+ years of client advisory, customer success, account management, or program management experience.

Experience developing strategic evaluations, analysis, opportunity sizing, and synthesis of business goals and marketing capabilities.

Understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, technologies, and tactics, including display, OLV, SEM, social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.

Preferred experience working with identity management platforms, data clean rooms, and other advanced digital marketing capability solutions.

Ability to work with technical and non-technical client teams to develop solution designs and requirements.

Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.

Additional Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
