Use your expertise in solutions engineering to drive the next growth stage at Adobe. This senior position will be an individual contributor on the team focused on implementing technology solutions that drive business and customer growth. This role will use Adobe’s Digital Experience suite of products/services, including large-scale data infrastructure, machine learning models, and a powerful personalization platform that delivers new capabilities for both Creative and Document cloud. As the leader of solutions engineering, you will have significant responsibility and influence the future of data platforms at Adobe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing talent and an ability to partner with product and growth teams to architect solutions that last the test of time.What you will do

Deliver large-scale growth engineering projects many of which are implementations of Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsCreate a strong solution engineering culture where team members learn and grow while delivering measurable contributions to the businessLead deep discovery sessions with partner teams to understand their key business and technical needsPrepare and deliver compelling and scalable technical solutions design, engagement approach, and timelinesRepresent Creative Cloud feedback on platform capabilities that will inform the engineering roadmapShare standard processes and reference implementations with product engineering teamsWhat you will need

10+ years of experience in technical/ business consulting, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Solutions like Real Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Product Analytics and AEMExperience in leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and required Capabilities. Ability to drive clarity and alignment.Proven track record to design, architect, and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide partners in thinking through all aspects of the askStrong background in leading large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposureExcellent communication/collaboration skills when it comes to leading and inspiring solutions engineers and partnersTechnical Requirements

Certification (any type) in at least one of the following:Adobe AnalyticsAdobe TargetAdobe Audience ManagerAdobe Experience PlatformAdobe Journey OptimizerHistory in designing and implementing customer data platforms and experience with: orchestration/offer decisioning tools, tag management systems and data collection, visitor identification methods, etc. Able to explain the differences between online and offline data collections methods (along with data storage and manipulation techniques), differences between DMP, DSP and CDP solutions, data ingestion methods and customer identity graphs.
