is looking for a "Virtual" Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join their busy practice serving patients across the generational spectrum.Enjoy a flexible, four (4) day-work week in this dynamic outpatient setting. Provider and team member collaboration, coordination, and innovation is considered key to the practice's success. The virtual physician will be responsible for managing a patient panel utilizing virtual technology in the clinic and providing education and mentorship to their APP colleagues.

so that you can make the best plan of care .Value-based care

is supplemented with Walk-In, Lab, X-ray, Behavioral Health, Pharmacist, Care Manager, Population Health Nurse, and experienced medical assistants working one-to-one with the provider team.
